Welcome to the 2002 edition of the Art Business News Buyer's Guide. For those of you who are not familiar with this valuable tool, it is a complimentary reference book that is mailed out to subscribers each fall and is filled with the latest product lines available from publishers, manufacturers, suppliers and distributors around the country.
We've added something special to this year's Buyer's Guide we hope you will find useful. In the first few pages of this resource book you will now find the Art Business News POP (Perspective on Prints) Survey reprinted from Art Business News magazine for your year-round reference. We thought this would be a helpful tool for your business as you turn to this book to make buying decisions each day. The survey reveals the types of prints that are selling, where they are selling and who is buying them, as well as other important industry information. This has always been one of the most popular surveys conducted by Art Business News, and it will now be a permanent feature of our Buyer's Guide, as well.
This year's Buyer's Guide has also been to the body shop. We've given the whole book a new type face, new headline fonts and some graphic design special touches, making it easier to read and navigate as you contemplate your purchasing decisions.
