Ukraine state sells majority stake - in a baby food plant - Brief Article
The Ukrainian State Property Fund has sold an 82.3% stake in a baby food plant in the town of Kiev, in a deal worth 6.6m Ukrainian hryvna (1.3m [European Dollar]). The shares were purchased by Prom-Impex, which has also taken on the Kiev plant's debts. These amount to around 432 300 hryvna. Prom-Impex has also committed itself to a 3.517m hryvna investment plan in order to develop the plant and increase production during the course of the next three years.
