Czech Republic's telecoms to cut rates of calls to mobile networks
Czech Republic telecom operators Cesky Telecom and its rival GTS, will cut rates for calls made to the three mobile networks, Eurotel, RadioMobil and Cesky Mobil by up to 48% effective from July.
GTS intends to cut rates by 16 46%, while Cesky Telecom's will cut rates by 28 to 48%
The move comes after a breakdown of talks with the mobile carriers over new interconnection agreements, however, Cesky Telecom has sounded some optimism regarding a new agreement to be signed soon.
