WELL, she is wearing extremely high heels. But Linda Evangelista, 40, makes designer Alber Elbaz look positively pocket-sized as he makes his first visit to London, for a party in his honour. Elbaz, creative director at Lanvin, was joined by celebrities including Joan Collins, Jade Jagger, Zadie Smith and Sharleen Spiteri at Harvey Nichols, where the theme was "the aftermath of a debauched dinner party". Elbas said of London: "I love its individuality, spirit, energy and passion."
