Congratulations to the German women's national team on its World Cup victory. I'm a diehard U.S. fan but Maren Meinert, Brigit Prinz, and the German team deserved their victory. They dominated the U.S. and were the most skilled, determined team in the tournament. The U.S. is no longer the best team in the league--for now. Hopefully, at the upcoming Olympics the U.S. will regain its crown!
