Global Real-Estate Company Opens Office in Syracuse

SYRACUSE--As part of an equity partnership arrangement with the Commercial Real Estate Division of Longley Jones Associates, Inc., CB Richard Ellis, a global real-estate services company, has opened its third New York State partner office in Syracuse. Operating under the name of "CB Richard Ellis/ Syracuse" and located at 1010 James St. in Syracuse, this office complements the company's existing upstate New York offices in Rochester, Buffalo, and Albany.

As a partner with CB Richard Ellis, Longley Jones Associates has access to C13 Richard Ellis' technology, research, databases, and educational programs. The new office is part of a global commercial real-estate company with more than 10,000 employees and 140 offices in the U.S. Clients are offered access, through a single point of contact, to real-estate services which include traditional brokerage services, corporate/tenant services, investment property acquisition and disposition, financial advisory services, mortgage banking and brokerage, marketing research, appraisal, and consulting.

The managing broker of the new CB Richard Ellis office is Michael Finn. The new commercial real-estate team consists of local real-estate professionals. The office has plans to expand its staff over the next several months.
