Letter: Time to derail fat cat culture
John SamuelI WOULD like to defend the hospital Patientline telephone system. The costs are clearly stated. In 1992 I had a triple heart by-pass operation and could not speak with family and friends until I was well enough to walk to the pay phone.
In January of this year I had another operation and my wife and I found Patientline invaluable - modern technology definitely worth the cost.
