All around is darkness

Not a shred of light,

That was when he did it

In the dead of night.

I knew what he was doing

I was older this time you see

No was not accepted by him

Even though it was not right.

I've been here before

A long long time ago

I was only small then

Did not know he was doing wrong.

Then came the darkness

It became too much for me

I could not live a minute

Knowing he was a call from me.

Not even the ones I loved

Were strong enough to stay

So I took all the pills

To send the darkness away.

The one who loved me truly

Who knew nothing yet stayed by me

Came and saved my life

The peace I wanted was not to be.

I was so very angry at all the world

They locked me away to keep me safe

But the darkness was still around me

And now deep withinside of me.

What I want is peace forever

There's only one way you see

While he lives on this earth

It is a living hell to me.
