I WAS deeply upset to see the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina across New Orleans.

Days after the event thousands of people are waiting for someone to come and help them with supplies and get them out of there. There needs to be a plan put into action and Bush needs a wake-up call after telling people to "be patient".
