Michelle: Time to call the publicans to order

ALTHOUGH it was Euan Blair who hit the headlines for being drunk in Leicester Square, it could have been any other 16-year-old.

Many publicans don't give a damn who they serve alcohol to, and the police don't seem to bother to enforce the underage drinking laws.

Euan Blair's drinking spree ended with only a hangover and a police ticking-off. But unless the Government clamps down on the problem of underage drinking, other children may not be as lucky as the Prime Minister's son.
