S QuinnIT IS unbelievable that a 17-year-old Dublin teenager has already chalked up 49 convictions.
It is young criminals like this one who are making a mockery of the law.
These thugs are getting away with too much and must be made accountable for their actions and punished in a way which will make them think twice about committing another crime.
I also wonder where their parents are and what they are doing.
In juvenile cases the parents should also be made responsible for their children who commit crimes - after all they should have some authority over their teenage kids.
