The Charge Inappropriate Web site publishing and insubordination. Volk posted a list of Great Falls (Montana) High School��s ��Top 10 Hottest Freshmen�� girls on his site, against the principal��s express wishes. He was suspended and forced to transfer to a nearby high school.

Free Speech or Free Love? The ��Top 10 Hottest Freshmen�� page is gone, but Volk insists it was tasteful. The girls agreed to have their pictures taken, and ��no sexual or lewd comments were made,�� says Volk.

Fight for Your Right to Publish! Volk is taking his case to the courts. Meanwhile, his former classmates have staged sit-ins and worn blue ribbons in support of Volk��s right to free speech.
