Today's Our Generation section will be the last for the summer. Kristina Johnson, The Spokesman-Review's accomplished Our Generation editor, is leaving the newspaper. Her departure has accelerated our plan to re-examine the Our Generation program and content. The Spokesman-Review remains committed to the area's young writers. We will dedicate space in the newspaper where writers, photographers and artists can present ideas and explore issues of importance to young people. Look for a new, fresher Our Generation program this fall. Meanwhile, The Monday IN Life cover will become home to new, expanded family-focused content, including expanded calendars detailing things to do for children and their parents.
