Great C&S service - Letters to the editor
Peter GriffinI'm a shooter and I'd like to let you know about a really good experience I had with Cylinder and Slide and Mr. Bill Laughridge.
Six or seven years ago, I purchased a BHP wide trigger, which worked perfectly. I recently fitted a different barrel to the pistol, then tested the gun. Near the end of an IPSC match, the Browning jammed.
Upon examining the pistol, I found the trigger stop had broken off. I called Cylinder and Slide to ask about the warranty. This brought Bill to the phone to address the problem. There was no question, the work would be covered under warranty.
Bill took the time to tell me what the problem was and how to cure it. As a Canadian dealing with a U.S. company, I expected a problem. Bill put service back into customer service. I'm recommending all shooters support companies like C&S, because they deserve it.
