Mitchell LangbertWith respect to the Reeves v. Hanlon lawsuit (Court Report, November), you claim that the California Supreme Court found Hanlon and Greene liable for "tortuous interference." Although most strategic HR managers will agree that Hanlon's actions were "tortuous" at best, the court likely found them to have been "tortious" instead.
