Infonet Services Corp.'s John Williams took over as president and chief executive at AUCS Communications Services, of Hoofddorp, the Netherlands, at the end of November. The appointment is part of the deal announced in September when El Segundo, California-based Infonet gained management control of AUCS from its parent, Unisource NV. Williams will replace current AUCS president and chief executive Aad van Waveren, who has served in that capacity since August last year, when he moved across from KPN, one of Unisource's shareholders.
