摘要：Complete Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome (CAIS ) is a rare condition with affected patients exhibiting a female phenotype with well developed breasts, axillary hair and pubic hair are absent. External genitalia are small and internal genitalia are absent. Gonads are consistent with cryptorchoid testes. Treatment includes gonadectomy, vaginoplasty, and other genital plastic surgical procedures.
