摘要：The aim of this study is to evaluate the nutritional contributions of a sample of preschool children of Maghrebian origin, living in Parisian area, and to compare them with the last recommandations published for the French population (Martin, A., 2001: apports nutritionnels conseillés = ANC 2001). The investigation about food habits was carried out among 80 families. The composition of the menus by age groups (according to the way of feeding, weaning, diversification) was evaluated fot each child using the tables of composition of food, taking into account the quantities introduced in 24 hours. One observes an occidentalization of the food habits by the reduction of the duration of breast feeding, the general composition of the menus. The average nutritional contributions are unbalanced: glucid contributions >ANC, lipids contributions < ANC.
