标题：L’âge des premières règles dans deux populations de jeunes écolières de la Province des Doukkala (Maroc) : Aspect socio-économiques et comportementaux
摘要：The mean age at menarche obtained in Sidi Bennour13.51years(sd=0.11) falls in range of variations 13.2 years and 14.2 years encounted in some moroccan populations (Marrakech,Tetouan et Tanger) estimated by the status quo method. In El Jadida the menarcheal mean age is lowest 12.9 years (sd=0.08), this menarcheal mean is more near the occidentals ones encounted in European countries like Spain and France. For the whole of the sample (525 girls) significantly earlier age at menarche has been observed in girls with higher socio-economic level mesured by family size, mother’s education , father’s occupation. The prevalence of dysfunctional cycles is more apparent in El Jadida sample where the menarcheal mean is the lowest. Generally, very small medical dispositions are taken towards the menstrual dysfunctions, because the relationships between maturation of ovarian function and the long term consequences on gynaecological health of the adolescent girls is not understood
