摘要:The main aim of this study is to understand the relationship between alcohol consumption and risk perception of these health determinants among general population in Italian wine producers regions (Udine, Northern Italy).
800 people were asked about these and other items (different ways of alcohol consumption; risks perception; opinions about “to drink” meaning) and significant differences arose in particular between generations (below or above 25 years old), between gender and between different types of alcohol consumer.
