摘要:The individualized program aims to teach according to students' needs and abilities. However, the notion that aims to create one lesson plan for each student causes drawbacks from teachers. In the generalized curriculum system, teachers often struggle in deciding when and where to treat students as special individuals. This paper introduces the Individual Developing Model which can assist teachers to discover and develop students' individual differences in the generalized curriculum settings without having to design an individual lesson plan for every student. This model comprises three stages - the Discovery Stage, Differentiation Stage and Developing Stage. From discovering to developing students' differences, this paper outlines a series of methods and activities which can be applied to general classroom settings.
