摘要：This work analyzes the incidence of the official educational and scientific-technological policies in Mexico through the sectorial Fund for the Elementary Educational Research. The social actors that participate in the Fund are identified, the interaction scenarios are characterized, and the contributions to the agenda of educational research in Mexico are identified.
