摘要：Law is a set of rules that regulate and define the statutes of a determined community, in such a way as to govern the delicate balance between the values of human justice and security. If the idea of rule always contains within itself the idea of an obligation, it is no less true that it is wrong to defend the idea that the distinctive quid of the legal rules lies in its eventual indispensability for social life. These are questions in which a simple judicial and depreciatively legal point of view, neutrally (non)valued, is narrow, limited and poor. Our aim is to provide a multi-disciplinary and multi-faceted vision of the relations between Law and Science.
