  • 摘要:The purpose of this article is to point out the conceptual and methodological process used to develop a kind of practice, training and research based on the tutor role, within LIGA Foundation. This organization works with a large population, that has multiple and diverse social needs, many of them with disabilities, but all of them looked as single individuals (body and self-uniqueness and social coexistence), hard and founding concept of the institution. If the self-uniqueness is the conceptual and functional criteria of LIGA Foundation, than all its practice should be guided by sharing each individual’s personal meaning project. This tutorial model has its own justification because one assumes that in this way it is possible to potencialise the capacities, choices and decisions that give meaning to the self-life project. The question is about the conceptual boundaries of the tutor concept. As a model figure – that reflects the institutional model – the definition should be described and understood through the analyses of technical and relational competencies that flow within the organization. These competencies should be worked upon and shaped in such a way that it empowers their use by every one at all departments. We need to know what those competencies are, to show them up, looking forward that they become mindful and held by everyone. On this paper we describe the process used at the organization to conceptualise and implement a practice centred upon the tutor’s role. Since our work relies on a dialogical knowledge construction process we look to find new ways and new strategies to promote the development of a tutorial model.
