摘要:Concerning the learning process, the importance of the tutor system has been recognized. From an organizational point of view, it is a support for the main training process. It can be described as "actions-lists" matrix dedicated to individual and collective objectives of efficiency and improvement.
The tutor system is based on human relationships. Within the scope of mixed dual formative outlines, the students' involvement must be seeked. It facilitates the real-time management of the tutor system thanks to the participants' proximity optimised by the use of computer networks.
The experiment made at the UNSA for the Master Professionnel in "Ingénierie du système de santé - ESSQU@D" is described.
