摘要:The penetration of I.T. throughout National Education in the last few years had been given special attention both by institutions and technicians, the former in reorganising a domain that was mainly concerned with the written word, making digitalisation possible, and the latter on making the tools more and more user-friendly. However, the individual/machine relationship will continue to raise problems if we do not focalise on the person. What is obvious to I.T. professionals may not be so to the average user, whatever his needs might be. This fact, which is at the origin of the setting up of the c2i®, prompted for a new way of handling and conceiving methods to facilitate learning, and using remote tutoring. Based on the national scheme in which we are participating, our presentation will highlight the precise problems that we have tried to address.
