摘要:Academic teaching management is shifting to a continuous quality improvement. Asking for an official accreditation is an incentive for three reasons: technical, trading and human. The aim is to increase performance by a continuous and adaptive assessment: to satisfy the targeted clients (students, teachers, managers, corporates) and to federate them around a common project while valuating their competences. The framework of certification ISO 9001:2000 must be enriched to take into account: the quality of teaching services, professional training, distance (time, geographics) learning (pedagogy, tutoring) and use of data-processing tools. The method used to apply this approach to the Professional Master degree “Ingénierie du Système de Santé-ESSQU@D” is detailed.
