摘要:In the third millennium, the arrival of Information Technology in the communications¡¯
world has contributed to the advent of distance learning. In fact, distance learning using new
technologies applies to students from all levels. ESI, the unique school in Morocco specialized in
Information Sciences that has established an attendance-based teaching/learning activity thirty two
years ago, was aware of the importance of new technologies in the learning process. Since September
2003, the school inaugurated the first certified and paid distance learning program in Morocco. The
aim of this paper is to present the distance learning experience at ESI by focusing on FORCIIER
project initiated by the French Ministry of foreign affairs.
