摘要：This paper presents how ASF-Ansaldo Segnalamento Ferroviario faced the project to
realise an e-learning model and a specific e-learning training programme. The audience of the
programme are ASF customers who use the control system developed by the company.
The critical elements relative to the project activity are discussed through the paper, together with the
users¡¯ needs and expectations and the issues related to the management of the virtual classroom. In
particular it is presented the process applied to map knowledge and existing learning material in
Learning Object, following both the pedagogical and communication guidelines and the technological
ones.
