摘要:This paper presents a model and a tool aimed to facilitator activities evaluation in elearning.
Scope of the evaluation is to find the main function performed by facilitator during an elearning
course among the functions described in literature: social, intellectual, managerial and
technical. This is useful to determine how much the facilitator performing matchs with how set by the
course project. Both the model and results obtained by tool application during Master ¡°E-learning per
la scuola, l¡¯universit¨¤, l¡¯impresa¡± (2nd ed.) in Genoa University, are illustrated.
