摘要：The paper presents the results of a longitudinal evaluation (November 2003 ¨C June 2005)
of the distance degree in ¡°Techniques for socio - psychological research¡± offered by Milano Bicocca
University.
The aim of the study is to quantify students¡¯ satisfaction rate and to find out suggestion useful to
improve the efficacy of the organization. The study also shows the methodological implications of
using different (and mainly online) evaluation tools.
