摘要:The evaluation of e-learning courses relies on a number of methods and practices. By
analysing various aspects of individual and group processes from both the qualitative and the
quantitative perspectives, it is possible to identify weaknesses of the course design and allow for
adjustment and fine tuning. This work presents a model for analysing CSCL processes and consists of
five dimensions: participation, interaction, social presence, cognitive presence and teaching presence.
The model extends and combines the work of Henri (1992) and Garrison & Anderson (2003). Practical
examples of the model application are reported in the context of pre-service teacher training.
