标题：Du simple tracement des interactions à l’évaluation des rôles et des fonctions des membres d’une communauté en réseau: une proposition dérivée de l’analyse des réseaux sociaux
摘要：Starting from the quantitative data about the exchanges within participants in web groups
and communities, the Social Networks Analysis (SNA) allows us to analyse some dimensions of
communicational structure as the aggregation, the participants social support, the weak points or weak
zones in the structure of relations, the roles of members in the interactions, etc.. The aim of this
contribution is to show that SNA allows us to go over a simple frequencies analysis of data collected
by web tracking and to evaluate the whole functioning of a group or community and the supply and
role of each participant for the group activity.
