摘要:We are facing a business globalization of the interest of companies as well as a change in
behavior¡¯s people holdings (nomads & sedentaries). This business globalization spreads over space
and time, generates new structures and new needs to manage these nomads structures.
Some of these management tools, used for nomads structures and which have been developed by
qualified competitors in the mobility knowledge, provide nomad management and help people to adapt
themselves to this intelligent mobile organization in order to take the information, communicate it on
time so to increase the competitivity of the company (cognitive approach).
These tools contribute in helping managers and employees to do their daywork, in any place at any
time, and make them more close to the ubiquity.
Without this concept, the information will not be into communication and communication will not
exist. We don¡¯t have move and humanity stops to exist without ubiquity and its tools.
This paradigm is not here to make people work more but to merge virtual and real territories (territorycompany
and market-map) so to respond not only to a professional need but even to a private level and
manage the global time and space.
