摘要：The professional and political debate on the superficial or in-depth reorganization and reform of Hungary 's
administrative regions ¨C which has been a constant feature on the agenda, albeit with varying levels of
importance since the regime change of 1990 ¨C has today been revived. The reforms carried out in Hungary during
the part decade, although affecting area organization at many levels, have failed within the modified
conditional system to provide a viable and comprehensive system.
