  • 摘要:In Argentina, The Feeding Guides for Argentine population are an educative instrument to transmit scientific knowledge about nutritional demands and food composition in 10 messages that facilitate food selecting and consumption. This research compared 96 proffesors and investigators referred feeding behavior and the compliment of main and secondary messages of the Feeding Guides for Argentine population. 57% of investigators were smaller of 51 years old. 68% female and 32% male. The mean calories consumption was 2085 + - 603 kcal. The meals of greater omission were afternoon light meal and supper. Predominate incomplete breakfast (only liquid foods). 56% has physical activity More than 60% does not fulfill the lacteal recommendations. Females eat more vegetables and fruits, besides this consumption don’t is enough to cover recommendations. 23% consume meats 3 times a week. 24% consume cold cuts once a week predominating in males. The visceral intake (liver and kidney) are not present in proffesors intake. 60 % take off visible fat, principally females. 44% use olive oil and 33% use seeds oils like seasoning. 26% use butter to grease. 22% consume dry fruits and seeds. 83% of proffesors consume less than the amount of fats and oils recommended. More than 50% of the investigators referred not adding salt to the preparations already served. They do not cover, in a 85% the daily amounts of sugar recommendations. They do not exceed the recommended ammonts of alcoholic drinks. Only 12.5% of the investigators referred to fulfill the consumption of two liters water. 62% of the cases took breakfast only in 10 minutes.
