摘要：Many mobile computing models have emerged due to the unique challenges posed by mobile and wireless computing environment. This paper begins with a brief note on such mobility challenges and then describes five different mobile computing models that are commonly used today. Each model is reviewed in terms of its strengths and weaknesses. Finally, the five models are compared with respect to the desired mobility factors required to meet the challenges of the mobile computing environment.
