摘要：Monitoring the level of productivity within a firm is an important managementfunction if that organization is to remain competitive in today’s market place. APCmodel a multifactor productivity measurement model at the firm scala. Method is tolink productivity performance directly to the profitability of the firm. Theseprocedures have several advantages. Over the more traditioanal ratio approaches,most notably the ability to express productivity in financial language that managersare familiar with and can understand. This allows the measurement procedures tobecame a more viable performance monitoring and decision support tool tobecome an integral part of the overall management process of the firm.
