摘要：productivity and efficacy of the organization anddecreases the performance of it. This studyinvestigated level of burnout of 239 nurses who areworking in two different university hospitals andtwo public hospitals in different clinics. The level ofburnout was measured with the” Maslach BurnoutInventory”. Correlations between sub dimensionswere searched and the differences between groupswere examined with the test of ANOVA. Resultsshowed that emotional exhaustion anddepersonalization dimensions had high correlationswith general burnout and while the level of burnoutamong nurses changed depending on educationlevel, age and duration at work; marital status andthe clinics working in had no significant effect.
