  • 摘要:The renovation of information and technology andnew opportunities in economic life, have causedchanges in the quality of human resources, whichwill contribute to the process of universal values.The development of information and technology,besides the education of human resources, whilegive a meaning to universal values puts forward itscreative function, producing in information frominformation.Lots of organizations all over the world useelectronic human resources systems to keep and usethe information belonging to human resources.Thus it has been possible to decrease the time andmoney spent on the arrangement of humanresources. These systems by giving the informationeasily by reporting it rapidly with various analysesenables both the management of organizations andhuman resources experts to concentrate onstrategic points of human resources.In this study the progress in the management ofrapidly growing e-human resources and erecruitmentprocess, which have been recentlyused, was depicted.It also was discussed why organizations use thesesystems in respect of its advantages anddisadvantages.
