摘要：Nowadays; the concept of globalization arose withthe formation of new competitive markets,shortening of the decision making process,evolving of the consumer’s habits and thetransition to the informative society caused to thecompanies being initiative units by havingcompetitive advantage against their rivals. In thisstudy, it is examined that how the strategicpartnership between internal auditing and humanresources management concepts influence thebusiness’s competitive advantage besides thegiving information in general interested withinternal auditing and human resourcesmanagement
