摘要:It is not possible to ignore the benefit ofaccommodation sector to the economy of countryand employment . The two main factors that affectthe success of companies in such an importantsector are quality and ethics. In this study, it wastried to find out employees’ beliefs on non-ethicalapplications who work in different positions inhotels. As a result of the survey applied to theemployees in three and four star hotels inCappadocia, it was found out that respondentsgenerally disapproved the non-ethical applications.Besides it was found out that the employees’evaluation was different depending on theirpositions. One of the important findings of thisstudy is that employees were more flexible in some of the non-ethical applications depending oncompany size.
