摘要：Due to the recent socio-economic developments inthe world, both the dimension and direction offoreign direct investments have changedsignificantly. According to this, foreign directinvestments which only developed countries get thelargest share previously have tend to move towarddeveloping countries nowadays. Anotherimprovement about the foreign direct investments isseen in the sectors which these investments aremade. This kind of investments which intensified inmanufacturing industries has moved towardsfinancial services sector especially with theinfluence of globalization process. The effects offoreign direct investments made in the banking subsubsectorof financial services, to the nationaleconomies are subjects that have to be focused inrecent days.
