摘要：Unemployment is primarily a consequence oflabour market regulation. Redundancy caused bymerger, acqusition, downsizing and takeover.Active Programs can contribute to increaseemployment opportunities and include a wide rangeof activities to stimulate employment andproductivity such as increasing the quality of laborsupply with retraining, increasing labor demand orimproving the matching of workers to jobs.However, passive programs include unemploymentinsurance or designed to mitigate the financialhardships of the unemployed. The purpose of thisstudy is to examine the changes in employmentstructure and the active - passive unemployment aidprograms and evaluate unemployment aidprograms in some countries.
