摘要:This study aims to define the differences ininterpreting the information gathered from theapplicants during the selection process. In thiscontext, the main focus of the study is howorganizations differ in terms of selection methods.According to the field studies and qualitativestudies conducted, it can be stated that althoughorganizations mostly use the same traditionalselection techniques, they have significantdifferences regarding the process. In the light ofthese findings, complementary and debatable issuesand suggestions have been taken into considerationin detail.
