摘要:With rising speed of globalization process, theimportance of the information quantity necessary tobe processed per unit time has increased. In thissense, information technologies create acompetitive advantage for the businesses byproviding the information on the right time, in theright place.The new advantages of information technologiesprovide new opportunities for all business functions from production to marketing. The adaptation ofmarketing research to the change in the market hasbecome fundamental as the use of information andcommunication tools become widespread as thespeed of globalization process increases.Within this context, the aim of this study is tointroduce the impact of information technology formarketing research in the extent of the change inmarketing activities and function.
