摘要:This paper reports on a conceptual analysis oforganizational justice, communication andprocedural knowledge with general characteristicsof attitudional and behavioral justice. The objectiveof this paper is to emphasize the important role oforganizational communication and proceduralknowledge on organizational justice perceptions ofemployees and demonstrate that relation or role byan applied research in textile firms.
