摘要:Commitment of employees can be an importantinstrument for improving the performance oforganizations. Recent research in theorganizational psychology and organizationalbehavior literature has identified the existence oforganizational commitment. Employees’ attitudestoward their work and their organization have beenthe subject of a great deal of research work overthe past three decades. Specifically, researchershave attempted to determine those attitudes whichare related to important organizational outcomes.
