摘要:This subject investigates the relationship among personal characteristics and variables of the organization (support to learning) predicting impact of a training in the work. In literature, the studies have been investigated the variable of support and support to the natural and induced learning in the work are uninusual. Support to learning means the opinions of the participants of a online course about the incentive of pairs and heads to the learning and transference of new abilities for the work. The data were collected by questionnaires sent by e-mail,in a public organization of the banking sector. The results of the regression analyses has had identified capacity area (b = - 0,36) and support to the learning (b = 0,24) as principals variable for impact. These variable had explained together 23% of the impact variability. The results of this research corroborate the area’s literature, verifying the importance of psicossocial support in the learning in the organizations.
