摘要：Mental load and complex systems regulation. Subjective approach of subway traffic controlers in Paris. Through analyzing operator's speech when controlling subway traffic, we have tried to determine information load indicators related to different situations. This study underlines operators structured speech that confirms the existence of informational load considered as a disturbing experience while controling subway trafic. This informational load depends on many factors. Some of them might be related to a site or to a specific situation or even to both. Observed indicators are tightly related to organizational aspects and for that reason operators can develop strategic behaviour to reduce mental load.
